You will not be offered any Online Consultation by this website, if I, the therapist consider that I am not able to give you support and help due to the type of your problem, if you are suffering from a mental health crisis, are considering or are self-harming, and if you are suicidal. In that case, you will be advised to contact the emergency services! If any mental crisis or an emergency situation develops during the consultation, you agree to contact the emergency services! All this, will be discussed during the first Assessment session, before any agreement for working together, between you and the therapists is established.

Payment for the sessions, is by the secure PayPal service. You do not have to have a PayPal account, in order to use PayPal to pay for the consultations. Also, PayPal offers you the service to pay by a debit or a credit card! Your bank details will not be requested, retained or stored by the Online Consultation service! If a payment for a session is not completed after the session, future sessions will be cancelled and future consultation will be discontinued!
The duration of each session is about 50 minutes. You will pay, after the session is completed.

You can ask any questions related to the therapy. I will let you decide if you want to have the counselling or not, it is entirely your choice.
The first session will be conversational for about 30 minutes. After the first session, you can choose to continue or not, with the further counselling, and there is no obligation.
3. Your first Counselling session is confirmed.
During the first session, there will be a conversation and there will be a counselling Assessment during which, we will discuss, what you want to get from counselling, and if we can agree to work together.
4. Sessions
Sessions can be by Skype or Email or just Text. It is entirely up to you which way of consultation you would like to have.
The sessions will be weekly and each session is approximately 50 minutes. You can book a certain number of sessions, or we can decide until you find a positive resolution to the issues you are facing.
Counselling can cause a client sometimes to become emotional, and to express anger and disappointment. You agree that you will not use threatening aggressive or abusive behaviour towards your Counsellor. In case there is any threatening or abusive behaviour, the sessions will be cancelled and not be continued.
The Online Counselling will not be held liable, if there is any technical issues with the online connection, or the quality of the connection.

Cancellation of sessions will be discussed during the first Assessment session, and will be explained in the therapeutic contract.
